What is the condition of the items?
All of our items are decades old. We do our best to source the highest quality pieces, however minor wear may be expected. We LOVE this about old pieces with a story; however, we will alert you to any noticeable imperfections. Please read product descriptions thoroughly.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. Upon shipping you will be emailed with a tracking number.
All of our packages are insured with Shipsurance. Should your item arrive damaged, you may file a report with Shipsurance to recieve your refund.
Most items are shipped using sustainable and recycled packing and shipping materials. We encourage you to recycle these materials when you receive your item, or hand them off to a neighbor or local shop!
Customers are responsible for shipping costs. We currently only offer US domestic shipping.
Refunds & Returns
We want you to LOVE your new heirloom for a long time. All items are final sale; however, feel free to contact us with additional questions about an item before purchasing.
Prop rentals
All items in our shop are available for events and commercial and film rental, along with hundreds of other unlisted items. We love working with stylists! Please contact us with your inquiry at oldthingsforhumans@gmail.com
Item arrived broken!
While extremely rare, there is a very small change your item may have arrived damaged. All packages are insured with Shipsurance for the full cost of the item plus tax and shipping. Customers are responsible for filing their own claim.
